TRAININGS AT THE STUDIO
Therapeutic Massage - Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Lymphatic and Visceral Activation, Thai Massage and others)
Postural Therapy, Corrective Exercises, and Functional Rehabilitation.
The trainings are in private (one to one), or for a group of a maximum of 4 people, which must be organized by the participants.
ONLINE TRAINING

Online mentoring is private (one to one), via Skype, Zoom or Facetime.

90 minutes meetings, in which we can cover any topic you want to explore.
